• Must be licensed in the state of Hawaii, mature, professional, CLEAN AND SANITARY, and be an all around good person.

Receptionist

The Black Palette team is looking for a Receptionist/Booking Agent &. a Piercer. We need someone who is self motivated, hard working, and well organized. If you’re a piercer, disregard the below post and just fill out the form. Thank you!

This position is not just just taking care of our clients, but building relationships with them that keeps them coming back. This position is the face of the business, therefore need to be a fantastic people person that is able to provide top notch customer service experience without fail. A big role in this position is sales, as it is the job to increase sales and promote the business.

There are a lot of expectations with this position and many tasks to be performed each day. A few of these are:

• Data Entry

• Communicating with the other receptionists.

• All artist schedules, including adjusting schedules and booking new appointments

• Answering phone calls

• Emails

• Helping clients in person

• Answering questions about tattoos, aftercare, shop policies, etc.

• Handling the point of sale ( ringing up clients, taking deposits for tattoo appointments, etc.)

We are looking for someone who is skilled in areas such as:

• Time management

• Reception

• Computer skills

• Public relations

• Sales

• Attention to detail

• Problem solving/conflict management

• multi-tasking when neccessary
