Our studio hosts versatile and contemporary resident artists that can give you old school, the new, or a blend of the two. Whether you’re looking for lettering, anime, blackwork, portraits, or tribal patterns - we welcome everyone.

We don’t like egos or the high maka maka types. We’re a chill collective of artists that are focused on making our art, and each other, better. Whether you’re a kamaaina or visitor, Black Palette Studio is a modern and clean space where everyone is welcome. Our professional artists are all licensed to tattoo in the State of Hawaii, and love connecting with their clients and sharing their personal art language and style. Our number one goal is to make our clients happy.
